JOB TITLE: PRODUCER
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Social Media outlets such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook.
- Ability to write press releases
- Ability to speak effectively in a conference call setting
- Ability to interact confidentially with guests and potential guests
- Ability to control a budget that entails advertising/marketing costs, prize costs and monthly podcasting fees
- Ability to cost efficiently spend advertising dollars with the most turnaround
- Ability to navigate and add content to a WordPress based website
- Very light graphic creating experience (We supply the logo’s)
Objective:
As show producer, You are expected to be the backbone of the show off the air. Coordinating content for the show, Co-writing formats and booking interviews. In addition, You will represent the show on a public relations level by writing press releases for a hoard of affiliates and wrestling news outlets. The ability to be creative is a must.
An ability to be an on air presence isn’t required but is a plus.
Experience working with podcasts and internet marketing a plus. Overall you will be working along side Indy.
Will train the right candidate.
Salary:
-Right candidate will work on an intern basis for 2 weeks and be evaluated. Upon successful evaluation, candidate will be offered employment and wages will be discussed. Wages will be based on part time work schedule and income should only be expected to be supplementary. Pay will be salary guaranteed, plus bonus incentives such as “percentage of new sponsor accounts, bonuses for increase in web traffic, increase in listenership, increase in facebook likes, increase in twitter followers, etc”
